A new business venture, Chelsea in Devon, has officially launched, providing tailored coordination, marketing and administrative support services to property professionals across the sector.

Founded by Chelsea Austin, who continues in her role as Events and Marketing Coordinator at Earl Kendrick – the new venture has grown organically from years of industry experience, trusted relationships and a clear understanding of the demands facing managing agents, project managers and property professionals.

Chelsea remains a valued and active member of the Earl Kendrick team, bringing the same energy and professionalism to both roles. The launch of Chelsea in Devon represents a natural extension of her career journey and long-standing commitment to supporting others within the industry.

Beginning her career as an Executive Assistant, Chelsea developed a strong foundation in anticipating needs, managing competing priorities and providing high-level support to senior professionals. Over time, her expertise expanded into marketing, event coordination and project management, but her core focus has remained consistent: helping busy professionals operate more efficiently and effectively.
