Ace Awards 2025 Brings the 80s Back to Life in Celebration of Property Management Excellence

The ACE Awards 2025 returned in full 80s glamour on Friday, 20st June, to celebrate the outstanding achievements of companies and individuals across the residential property management sector. Held at the spectacular Old Billingsgate venue in London, this year’s event welcomed over 640 guests for a dazzling evening of live music, fine dining, and unforgettable ’ACE moments’. Guests embraced the retro theme with enthusiasm, arriving in iconic 80s-inspired outfits ranging from Madonna looks to Freddie Mercury tributes. Attendees were greeted by an eye-catching Rubik’s cube ice sculpture upon arrival before being immersed into a vibrant world of nostalgic décor and era-defining references — from Fleetwood Mac to Club Tropicana menu cards to Top of the Pops-style video clips. Host Chrissy Bray filled the room with her infectious energy, bringing guests to their feet with classic 80s anthems, karaoke, and her fabulous all-female band. It was a night to remember and a true celebration of excellence as peers, colleagues, and new connections raised a glass to the hard work and dedication displayed throughout the sector.
