The 2024 ACE Awards winners were unveiled at a spectacular event held at Old Billingsgate in London on Friday, 21st June.
Twenty-one category winners emerged, selected by a panel of 12 independent judges.
The inaugural event celebrated the exceptional achievements of the UK’s leading residential managing agents, suppliers, and their teams, all dedicated to enhancing the lives of millions of leaseholders nationwide.
“Andrew Bulmer, CEO of The Property Institute, said, ‘This year’s overwhelming number of entries and attendees underscores the significance of the ACE Awards within our sector. The introduction of new categories has allowed us to celebrate the diverse talents in residential property management, highlighting the continued growth of the event.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the judges for their time and for selecting such outstanding winners. I also thank our sponsors and everyone who participated—your contributions have all contributed to making this year’s ACE Awards the best yet.'”
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
This year’s charity partner for the event was The Hollie Gazzard Trust, a Gloucestershire-based charity with a nationwide impact. The Trust was established in memory of Hollie Gazzard, whose life was tragically ended by her boyfriend following months of obsessive behaviour and harassment.
Hollie’s story has deeply resonated with many, prompting her family to establish the charity to turn tragedy into positive change and advocate for a safer future for all. The donation page will remain open briefly for those who were unable to contribute during the event. Contributions can still be made here.
The ACE Awards are open to members, associates, and partners of The Property Institute, as well as their suppliers. Out of over 135 entries received, 83 finalists were selected, among whom judges awarded 25 with Highly Commended status and 21 as ACE Award winners.
